What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help deliver and support Pelcro's platform (paywalls, payments, entitlement management, fulfillment, and identity) for publishers worldwide.
- Ensure uptime, idempotency, and graceful failure in subscription workflows and revenue recovery processes.
- Engage with customers to understand needs and improve the subscriber experience and monetization strategies.
