About this role
Plaza Las Flores in Mexico is seeking a Travel Agent to deliver personalized attention and prepare quotes for travel packages from around the world. You will engage in the sale of hotel services, tourist attractions, flights, tours, transfers and amusement parks, and follow up with interested customers to close sales. The role includes a base salary with additional benefits, a guaranteed bonus, unlimited commissions, legally mandated benefits, insurance coverages, paid time off for birthdays and special days, and discounts for family and friends on Despegar.com products. Training trips to top destinations in Mexico and abroad are offered as part of developing experience for the team. The schedule runs Monday to Sunday with 1.5 days off during the week, and shopping center hours are from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm depending on the location).
