About the Role Provide timely and efficient completion of client transactions while maintaining accurate records and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior quality service, identifying and understanding the client’s financial needs. Cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities.
What You'll Do
- Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, facilitating courteous conversation, conducting both complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs. Performs more complex transactions with assistance as necessary.
