The Unit Head – Green Economy & Climate Finance will lead Wema Bank's efforts to develop and execute its Green Economy & Climate Finance strategy, providing strategic leadership and sector expertise while originating and managing banking relationships across the green economy ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and sector-specific expertise in the development, implementation and execution of Wema Bank's Green Economy & Climate Finance strategy.
- Lead the origination, structuring, execution and management of banking relationships across the green economy ecosystem.
- Position Wema Bank as the preferred financial partner for renewable energy developers, circular economy enterprises, climate technology companies, sustainable agriculture businesses and nature-based enterprises.
