About the Role This role leads underwriting for Tax Liability Insurance within AIG's Financial Lines M&A team. You will drive profitable growth by underwriting complex tax risks, negotiating terms, and mentoring junior underwriters, while partnering with brokers and distribution teams to shape deal structures and value propositions. What You'll Do
- Underwrite tax business within M&A Tax Underwriting, leveraging tax analysis experience.
- Build and manage broker relationships; communicate risk appetite and our value proposition; understand deal structures, terms and products to meet client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions, and deal structure with brokers and clients.
