Where you will work Underwriting Assistant in Aviation supports the underwriting lifecycle from submission through policy policy issuance by acting as the owner and facilitator of assigned accounts. This role translates broker and client information into clear, complete risk analyses and underwriting packages, and collaborates with Underwriters, Brokers, Reinsurers, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Claims, Risk Control, Compliance) to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant outcomes. The role combines robust analytical and customer service skills with a commitment to data quality, regulatory compliance, and the adoption of AI-enabled tools that enhance efficiency, insights, and customer value.
