About the Role Orbia is seeking a Turnaround Lead to drive high-complexity turnaround events within chemical/oil operations, ensuring safety, cost control, and schedule reliability. This role partners with the Site Maintenance Manager and Steering Team to define scope, develop investment proposals, and deliver turnarounds within approved premises. What You'll Do
- Lead and sponsor assigned turnaround events (T/A) with accountability for safety, cost, duration, scope, and quality of deliverables.
- Develop turnaround premises, proposed duration and cost targets, and gap closure plans with the Steering Team; contribute to TA contracting strategy.
- Define and align planning premises, incorporate consistent estimating tools and productivity factors, and ensure all work is captured within a single frozen TA scope including maintenance, inspections, capital projects, and other program work.
