Section: Key Responsibilities
- Operate a flatbed tow truck to safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles
- Plan routes accounting for traffic, road conditions, construction, and weather delays
- Use navigation apps to determine safest, most efficient routes
- Conduct basic pre-trip checks and ensure the tow truck is roadworthy
- Report mechanical issues and arrange repairs/maintenance
- Maintain accurate mileage, trip, delivery, and maintenance records
- Interact professionally with customers, clients, and other road users
- Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures
