Amazon is seeking a smart, analytical Transportation Planning Program Manager to own the end-to-end planning cycle for our transportation network across First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile, with a focus on Brazil-specific dynamics. This role drives forecasting accuracy, partner collaboration, and tool development to improve delivery speed, cost, and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Weekly Transportation Forecasting Process (All Miles) and own the weekly volume forecasting cycle for First Mile (FC outbound), Middle Mile (sort centers, line-hauls), and Last Mile (delivery stations).
- Ensure critical inputs are incorporated into the plan: FC ShipPlan, Units Per Box (UPB), capacity constraints, peak calendar, and promotional events.
- Validate forecast outputs against operational reality; identify and resolve gaps between plan and execution.
