About the Role The Transportation Data Analyst – I analyzes data and creates visuals and reports to support field operators, while training and developing NFI locations on our reporting structure. This role helps to understand larger operational concepts and translate them into visualization projects, and identifies KPIs, risk and compliance data, converting them into easy-to-digest formats for field teams to drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Generate visuals in reports using PowerBI and other Microsoft products to help our operators out in the field run their business better.
- Train and develop our internal operations teams on our reporting structure, including creating SOPs, best practices, and process improvement plans.
