Transport Leader
- Memimpin dan mengawasi kegiatan operasional transportasi CIT dan ATM di cabang.
- Menyusun strategi pemanfaatan armada agar operasional berjalan efektif dan efisien.
- Mengatur penjadwalan kendaraan, pengemudi, dan kru operasional sesuai kebutuhan layanan.
- Memastikan seluruh armada dalam kondisi layak jalan dan siap digunakan setiap hari.
- Mengontrol pelaksanaan preventive maintenance dan corrective maintenance kendaraan.
- Memastikan seluruh dokumen kendaraan (STNK, KIR, asuransi, izin operasional) selalu valid dan diperbarui tepat waktu.
- Melakukan monitoring GPS dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap rute yang telah ditentukan.
- Mengawasi penggunaan BBM, tol, parkir, serta biaya operasional kendaraan untuk menjaga efisiensi anggaran.
- Melakukan evaluasi utilisasi armada dan memberikan rekomendasi optimalisasi penggunaan kendaraan.
