You will collaborate with Science, Tech and Quality Program teams to influence AI-driven translation models and scalable processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 8+ in-house Translation Specialists across multiple locations and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Monitor linguistic goals and deliverables, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines.
- Develop and implement KPIs with peer managers and align with leadership on linguistic quality governance.
