Position Summary Performs advanced document imaging and transaction processing activities, including document preparation, high-volume scanning, image quality review, indexing, validation, and exception resolution. Serves as a subject matter resource and supports training while meeting client accuracy, security, and turnaround requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs document preparation, image capture, indexing, validation, and quality review of scanned documents.
- Operates high-volume scanning equipment and imaging software in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintains production standards for image quality, throughput, accuracy, batch integrity, and turnaround time.
- Resolves routine scanning, indexing, and image-quality exceptions and performs rescanning when required.
