Training & Enablement Specialist
The Training & Enablement Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training and enablement programs that support First Impressions team readiness, performance, and consistency. This role partners with onboarding, operations, HR, Quality Assurance, and business leaders to develop scalable learning content, support new-hire and ongoing training, and use performance data and employee feedback to improve program effectiveness and the patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Program Development
- Design, deliver, and manage learning and development programs to ensure employee compliance and boost skills
- Partner with our Onboarding Trainer to identify areas of opportunity in the onboarding process, strategize rollout plan, execution of the plan, and measuring subsequent results
