About the Role The Training Consultant role sits within Caterpillar's Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD). The position supports customer-focused training initiatives within the aftermarket service value stream, helping customers and dealers build knowledge and capabilities to maximize equipment uptime and performance. What You'll Do
- Develop, deliver, and continually improve training programs and materials for PSLD customers and dealer networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and align learning content with Caterpillar's services and aftermarket strategies.
- Facilitate training sessions, assess learning outcomes, and provide feedback to improve service quality and customer outcomes. What We're Looking For
- Experience in training, learning and development, or field-facing support roles.
