About the Role Xylem is seeking a Training & Project Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics for customer training programs and events (in-person and virtual). The role serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, trainers, and external vendors, and supports multiple events while ensuring a polished, high-touch experience. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end logistics for customer training programs and events (in-person and virtual)
- Manage event timelines, agendas, room setups, AV needs, materials, and on-site execution
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, trainers, and external vendors
- Support multiple events simultaneously with accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Deliver high-touch customer experiences including dinner reservations and hospitality arrangements for executive-level and high-end customers
