About the Role Lyra Health Singapore is seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer & Content Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for a mental health professional with strong facilitation skills and a passion for organisational development. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering psychosocial training sessions, supporting teams through change, and developing engaging, research-informed content to enhance our training offerings. This is a full-time, 5-day per week hybrid role based in Singapore, with occasional on-site delivery across Singapore when required. What You'll Do
- Deliver Lyra’s training to clients (primarily psychosocial)
- Will be responsible for trainings that require psychological skill-set and expertise as well as organisational development and culture related skills
