About the Role As a Vendor Portal Support Trainee at ZF's European Shared Service Center in Częstochowa, you will be the first point of contact for suppliers and gain hands-on experience in portal administration and cross-functional collaboration within an international environment. What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for suppliers regarding the ZF Vendor Portal.
- Monitor and manage the dedicated Vendor Portal support mailbox.
- Respond to supplier inquiries related to portal access, user management, and general portal functionality.
- Analyze incoming requests and resolve standard questions independently after training.
- Escalate technical issues to IT support teams and create incident tickets when required.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders in an international environment.
