About the Role Sika's International Traineeship Program 2026 is a 12-month rotational program starting in Switzerland (primarily at the Widen hub) and culminating with an international assignment in Germany. The Trainee will join the Technical Services / Market Field Engineering Team and gain hands-on experience across functions, build a strong network, and prepare for the next step in their international career.
What You'll Do
- Providing technical advice and support independently of selected key accounts, engineering offices, consultants, etc. (including visits) for assigned product groups
- Technical interpretation of customer and market needs and initiation of new developments based on PCP
- Develop innovative solutions for new or existing applications
