About the Role Join Union Pacific’s Train Crew to safely and efficiently move freight trains and support rail operations. This is a seniority-based, in-person role with a clear training path: a 14-week class (classroom and on-the-job) leading to road or yard service, and potential progression to engine service (fireman’s class) and a Class 1 Locomotive Engineer. In year one, expected earnings are around $80,000, with potential to exceed $100,000 after gaining seniority and experience, plus comprehensive benefits. What You'll Do
