About the Role The Train Assembly Manager will report to the Manufacturing Project Manager at the Mindyarra Maintenance Centre in Dubbo. The role oversees the management, control and coordination of all manufacturing activities, strategies, systems and deliverables for the site to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations. What You'll Do
- Deploy the site’s strategy and business management plans across manufacturing; allocate resources, ensure compliance or improvement, monitor progress and report to the business.
- Stay current with company developments and industry practices that influence daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and responsibilities related to Quality and Product Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention and Environment; provide necessary resources.
- Deploy, implement and maintain site business processes; compile SWOT analysis and adapt documentation.
