Role Summary
The role is responsible for supporting the Front Office, Electronic Trading, and Middle Office business functions by providing analytical, operational, technical, and project support to ensure the effective delivery of business objectives. Acting as a key liaison between traders, clients, third-party vendors, and internal teams, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and Development to troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues, enhance business processes, and deliver strategic initiatives. The role requires building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, coordinating with in-house IT and development teams to investigate and resolve production issues, and contributing to the successful implementation of technology and business change projects.
