About the Role The Trade Specialist will support customers and partner channels in the Fresno, CA area, helping clients select the right trade tools and solutions and coordinating with internal teams to deliver service. What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with customers in the Fresno, CA region.
- Provide product knowledge and solutions to support sales and customer success.
- Collaborate with field sales and operations to fulfill orders and resolve issues. What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in retail, hardware, or trade environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Fresno, CA. Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Stanley Black & Decker products.
