- The Trade Services Head is responsible for leading and managing all trade service operations, ensuring efficient processing of domestic and international trade transactions while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- The role oversees trade finance products, mitigates operational risks, enhances customer experience, and drives continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Trade Operations Management:
- Lead and supervise all trade services operations.
- Oversee the processing of:
- Letters of Credit (Import & Export)
- Bank Guarantees
- Bills for Collection
- Documentary Collections
- Standby Letters of Credit
- Trade Loans
- Shipping Guarantees
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of trade transactions.
