About the Role As a Trade Marketing Manager, supporting our Vision Care business in the UK, you will be trusted to develop and execute customer-focused trade marketing strategies that drive category growth, strengthen key retail partnerships, and deliver commercial success. This is a remote-based role within the UK, with occasional travel to customer locations, conferences, events and to the Alcon office. What You'll Do
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers and key retail customers to develop and execute Joint Business Plans that deliver sustainable growth for both Alcon and our partners.
- Create and implement innovative trade marketing programmes, promotional campaigns, category management initiatives, and merchandising activities that increase sales performance and market share.
