About the Role Our To-Go Specialists provide fast, friendly service and hospitality for To-Go Guests. They ensure accurate order entry, explain menu offerings, and help maintain a welcoming environment in a fast-paced setting. What You'll Do
- Provide fast, friendly service to To-Go Guests and explain menu offerings
- Answer phone within three rings and assist Guests with placing To-Go orders
- Enter orders in proper sequence and operate POS system for transactions
- Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and support team goals
