About the Role Our To-Go Specialists deliver fast, friendly service to To-Go Guests, ensuring accuracy and an exceptional experience from phone orders to pickup. You will explain menu offerings, manage To-Go orders, and help maintain a safe, welcoming dining environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced team setting and enjoy making guests feel special, this role is for you. What You'll Do
- Have knowledge of the menu to explain offerings to Guests
- Ensure an exceptional To-Go experience for every Guest
- Answer phone within three rings and assist Guests with placing To-Go orders
- Enter orders in proper sequence
- Able to operate POS system for transactions
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
