About this role
About the Role Responsible for ordering and reviewing title packages for Zillow Home Loans, coordinating with title/escrow vendors and Dytrix to ensure timely receipt of documents and updates in the loan origination system (LOS), while supporting processing teams to service Zillow Home Loans customers. What You'll Do
- Place title package orders with title vendors, partnering with sales and processing as needed for any additional information
- Upload and review required title documents including CPLs, Wiring, Closing Disclosures according to SOPs
- Update records in Encompass (LOS) and keep processing team apprised on progress
- Promptly communicate with loan stakeholders on any issues that arise
- Build and maintain cohesive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
