About the Role
The TIM Technical Lead will deliver competitive advantage to the business by providing Technical Leadership (product formulation, packaging, specifications) and leading/supporting technical capability knowledge transfer. It is crucial to have solid knowledge about food processing and engineering, and the role involves daily interaction with manufacturing teams to advance trials and CQV objectives.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical leadership in product formulation, packaging, and specifications to support Mondelez manufacturing teams.
- Lead or support ALQ (Alternative Lines Qualification) activities and troubleshooting to execute trials, CQV objectives, and ensure proper documentation for each activity.
- Roll out manufacturing standards processes specific to capability building and training for plant colleagues.
