This role supports ASME Code analyses and other pressure vessel codes, and involves advanced thermal analysis of nuclear-grade equipment for commercial and government applications as well as the development of techniques to model and verify thermal performance. What You'll Do
- Thermal analysis of rotating machinery and associated fluids systems
- Thermal support of ASME Code Analyses and analyses to other pressure vessel and engineering codes
- Advanced thermal analysis of nuclear-grade equipment for commercial and government applications
- Development of techniques for thermal analysis of equipment to support design and mechanical analyses
- Modeling of thermal performance of equipment and verification of models by test
