The Hearing Ambassador
About this role
The Hearing Ambassador supports the licensed dispenser at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Mooresville, NC, working on-site to engage customers, support hearing health needs, educate individuals about hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and contribute to growth through community outreach and customer relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Develop working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center products and services
- Set the stage for full testing and a complete purchase when interacting with Members
- Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers
- Secure a minimum of four immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily for the hearing aid specialist or audiologist in the center
- Promote and sell non-hearing-aid products when Members engaged do not have a hearing loss
- Achieve a 50% increase in non-hearing-aid product sales
