The Floor Lead (aka Sr. Lead) will have responsibility to ensure an acceptable finished product for our customer. Essential Job Functions
The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all-inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.
- Back up to Production Supervisor
- Work in conjunction with the Quality Department for positive production results
- Inspection of the production lines as needed if the job is complex or critical in its design or use
- Knowledge of the rates of the jobs running on the production line
- Responsible for work packets being filled out both correctly and accurately
- Perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job
- Responsible for training production staff
- Assist Line Leads in training Line Workers
