About the Role You’ll play a hands-on role in bringing new automotive products to life in a lab-focused environment, building test setups, running experiments, and validating performance, reliability, and durability before they ever reach the road. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career engineer who enjoys building, testing, troubleshooting, and solving real engineering challenges alongside a collaborative team. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to develop and execute validation plans that ensure reliability and durability. What You'll Do
- Bring new automotive antenna products to life by developing and executing validation plans that ensure performance in real-world conditions
- Design and build hands-on test setups, fixtures, and methods to evaluate product reliability and functionality
