About the Role Louis Dreyfus Company is seeking a hands-on Terminal Operator to join the Melbourne Port Terminal team. The role focuses on the safe and efficient receival, handling and export of multiple commodities in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, with rostering to cover morning, afternoon and night shifts. What You'll Do
- Operate weighbridge, sampling systems and receival equipment
- Load commodities into containers and bulk vessels
- Complete quality testing and export documentation
- Operate forklifts, sweeper trucks and terminal equipment
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness and compliance
- Support with rostering and flexible shift patterns as required What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in terminal operations; preferably in grain/agriculture/logistics
- Comfortable with manual tasks; strong safety focus and able to follow procedures
