About the Role The Terminal Operator-3 at Louis Dreyfus Company in West Memphis, AR unloads grain and by-products from trucks, opens gates on trucks, and maintains a clean, safe facility. The role is physically demanding and requires strict adherence to LDC safety rules, with shifts that may include days, nights, and weekends. What You'll Do
- Unload grain and grain by-products from trucks
- Open gates and doors on trucks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and facility
- Distinguish different products and report anomalies to supervisor
- Work a combination of 8, 10, & 12 hour shifts including days, nights & weekends
- Follow instructions of Superintendent, Assistant or Lead; follow all LDC safety rules and SHE policies
- Maintain housekeeping and wear all required PPE
- Assist in all areas of the facility as needed
- Perform barge/deck hand duties in a safe manner
