About the Role Temporary Physical Therapist (DPT) needed for September 2026 at Westchester PepsiCo Clinic in Purchase, NY. This is a part-time, temporary role within Crossover Health's integrated primary care model. What You'll Do
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for outpatient clients.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy as clinically appropriate.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust plans, and document outcomes in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support preventive and wellbeing-focused care in a clinical setting.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and realistic goal setting. What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required; current New York license or license eligible.
