Your role at Tumi: The Temporary Assistant Planner will play an instrumental role in driving the continuous evolution of Tumi’s North America Merch Planning & Allocation function as we develop best-in-class capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Merchandise Planning, the Assistant Planner supports the team by providing reporting, tracking, forecasting, data analysis and execution support. Specific activities can include:
- Builds and updates business performance reporting
- Owns maintenance of pricing files and ensures accurate and timely execution of promotion
- Supports the monthly reforecasting and buy process by pulling and updating relevant data
- Supports the seasonal buy process by helping with new assortment adds and general SKU maintenance
- Conducts ad hoc analysis and data reconciliation
