About the Role A Teller role supporting members with everyday financial transactions and service needs. This part-time, onsite position focuses on accurate cash handling and helping members access credit union products and services. What You'll Do
- Process cash transactions, balance drawers, and ensure accurate totals.
- Receive and process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; sell money orders and traveler's checks.
- Transfer amounts between member accounts as directed.
- Welcome members and provide routine information about accounts and products.
- Cross-sell credit union products and services to help members meet financial goals. What We're Looking For
- Experience handling cash and negotiable instruments.
- Ability to process deposits/withdrawals/loan payments and complete CTRs.
- Familiarity with BSA/CIP/OFAC procedures.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
