About the Role Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in our KeyBank communities. As a Teller, you provide excellent client service in-person by welcoming both new and existing clients to the Bank and assisting them with their account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues.

- Provide excellent in-person client service to both new and existing clients.
- Welcome clients to the Bank and assist with their account transactions and servicing needs.
- Identify and resolve client servicing issues to support a positive client experience.
- Be a trusted advisor and partner to our KeyBank communities.
