About the Role Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to customers in KeyBank communities. As a Teller, you provide excellent in-person client service by assisting with account transactions and servicing needs, and by identifying and resolving client issues. Tellers listen to uncover financial needs and transition clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
What You'll Do
- Embodies a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate and realizing the impact we can have on their day, personally, professionally, and financially.
- Assumes responsibility for the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of teller functions in an in-person branch setting.
- Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
