About the Role Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in KeyBank communities. As a Teller, you provide excellent in-person client service by welcoming new and existing clients and assisting them with account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues. You will listen to uncover financial needs during client conversations and connect clients to a banker for deeper financial wellness discussions.
What You'll Do
- Assume responsibility for efficient, effective, and accurate teller transactions in an in-person branch setting.
- Proactively identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalating as needed.
- Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and refer to a banker when appropriate.
