Telesales & Sales Representative
Experienced Telesales & Sales Representative for a client in the Fashion Industry in Ikate, Lagos. This is a hybrid role with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote, night shift 7PM–5AM, off days Tuesday and Wednesday. Salary ₦200,000/month. HMO after 1 year + career growth.
Responsibilities
- Make confident outbound/cold calls and generate sales.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine buying intent.
- Use active listening to understand what prospects actually need.
- Handle objections intelligently and close deals.
- Follow up relentlessly until a lead converts or is properly qualified out.
- Manage a sales pipeline and consistently hit KPIs.
- Work confidently with CRMs & lead-generation/prospecting tools.
- Keep accurate records and stay extremely organized.
- Communicate exceptionally well in spoken English.
