Job Description
Working within established guidelines, Manage and develop the telemarketing unit to meet premium, productivity, Strategic objectives for the unit, through cold calls, lead generation and campaign sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields Excellent and effective in verbal and written communications in native language Previous successful experience in Direct Client selling, where the product is intangible is preferred High level of interpersonal skills at multiple levels. Has experience in managing telemarketing team ( Outbound TM or Service to Sales team in Insurance or Banking Business) Experience in working in a computerized environment.
