About the Role
MICHELIN seeks a Product Tracking Technician responsible for canvassing, negotiating, implementing and tracking the placement of products in the field, gathering usage information, and measuring the product's performance and value. You will organize field visits with the placement requestor, share technical facts with clients, observe products in situ, and assess issues at stake. What You'll Do
- Canvass, negotiate, implement and track the placement of products in the field
- Gather information on usage and measure the performance and value of a product
- Organise field visits for the placement requestor and meet with the client, share technical facts, observe the product in situ, and assess issues
- Produce reports for fleet validation, field survey contracts, mounting reports, and tire/vehicle inspection data (measurements, photos)
