About the Role Técnico de Excelencia de Negocio I (Segundo Turno) brinda apoyo bajo supervisión en asignaciones complejas por naturaleza, que requieren criterios, iniciativa y la capacidad de resolver problemas, como análisis de operaciones, apoyo en el balanceo de líneas, estandarización de procesos y lean manufacturing. What You'll Do
- Provide supervised support on complex assignments requiring criteria, initiative, and problem-solving abilities, including operations analysis, line balancing support, process standardization, and lean manufacturing.
- Assist with ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and Johnson & Johnson corporate procedures. What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing/assembly environment or similar.
- Ability to work in second shift (Second Shift).
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative; ability to resolve problems.
