About the Role We are seeking a client-focused Technology Analyst to join IQVIA's Canadian technology team. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting business growth through design, development and delivery of technology solutions for life sciences customers. What You'll Do
- Participate in the design, development and delivery of solutions for clients using a proactive approach to determine client needs.
- Review and analyze client requirements or issues and contribute to the development of cost-effective solution proposals that ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance to other IQVIA team members to help create the solution.
- Develop documentation and detailed specifications.
- Perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to identify client problems and develop tailored data solutions for clients.
