- Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung und Gewährleistung der gesamten technischen Infrastruktur des Hotels (Gebäude-, Betriebs-, Sicherheits-, Klima-, Energie- und Veranstaltungstechnik)
- Du führst und entwickelst dein 3-köpfiges Techniker-Team, inklusive Dienstplanung, Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen, sowie die Förderung der individuellen Stärken und Kompetenzen
- Du bist im jährlichen Budgetierungsprozess eingebunden und bist für die Planung und Umsetzung von Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsmaßnahmen zuständig
