About the Role Nova Bus is seeking a Technicien(ne) Recouvrement et Facturation to manage collections for overdue accounts across Nova Bus entities, generate client invoices with the billing team, and contribute to risk assessment. This on-site role is based in Saint-Eustache, Quebec. What You'll Do
- Analyze, verify and ensure compliance with terms and conditions of customer accounts in line with internal policies.
- Contact major overdue accounts and maintain respectful, proactive communications.
- Propose and implement financial arrangements to sustain Nova Bus profitability and client satisfaction.
- Communicate with transit/public sector accounts in delinquency and inform contract representatives of anomalies.
- Track arrangements and ensure commitments, agreements, and deadlines are met.
- Verify and validate amounts collected from customers.
