About the Role The Technician Quality Control (HQC) role supports hematology operations by performing laboratory analyses, executing quality control procedures, and reporting accurate results. Based in Hialeah, this on-site role reports to the HQC supervisor and offers remote work eligibility. What You'll Do
- Perform established testing and execute quality control procedures.
- Execute and monitor on-site equipment and tools, ensuring proper functioning.
- Perform calibration and routine troubleshooting of functionality and performance problems following defined protocols.
- Support business and customer needs by providing data and performing tests as requested, adhering to standard operating procedures.
