Role Summary
Responsible for the development, design, implementation, and delivery of technical training programs for internal personnel. Programs are focused on building product, platform, and technical proficiency to improve performance, accelerate onboarding, and support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver multi-level technical training programs aligned to business priorities and support goals
- Assess technical training needs across teams and identify skill gaps
- Translate complex technical concepts (e.g., systems, tools, APIs, platforms) into clear, consumable training content
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop accurate and relevant technical curriculum
- Develop and maintain training materials, including documentation, labs, simulations, and knowledge base content
